We want you to be happy with the documents you receive. This policy explains how revisions work and what to expect after your order is delivered.

Revisions

Every package includes a set number of revision rounds (see your package details for the exact number). After receiving your first draft, you can request changes to wording, formatting, or emphasis, and we'll send back an updated version.

Revision requests should relate to the original scope of your order — for example, refining language, adjusting formatting, or incorporating details you provided during intake. Requests for an entirely new document for a different role or industry may be treated as a new order.

How to request a revision

Reply to your delivery email or use our contact form with specific feedback on what you'd like changed. The more specific your feedback, the faster we can turn around your revision.

Revision turnaround

Revisions are typically returned within 1-2 business days. If you selected express delivery, revisions during the express window are prioritized accordingly.

If you're not satisfied

If, after using your included revisions, you still feel the document doesn't reflect your experience well, let us know — we'll work with you to get it right. Our goal is for every client to leave with a document they're confident sending out.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change details about your order (such as the package selected) before work has begun, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate the change. Once writing has started, changes may affect delivery timelines.

Free resume builder

Our free resume builder tool is provided as-is at no cost. Documents created with the free builder are not covered by the revision process described above, as no purchase has been made.
