Our services

Fairline Resumes provides resume writing, cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile rewriting, and related career document services, along with a free online resume builder tool. Service details, delivery timelines, and pricing for each package are described on our website at the time of purchase.

Orders and delivery

After placing an order, you'll be asked to provide details about your work history and career goals, either through our intake form or a short call. Delivery timelines begin once we have received the information needed to start your document. Express delivery, where selected, applies from the time all required information is received.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, as described on our pricing page. Revisions should be requested within a reasonable time after delivery and relate to the scope of the original order.

Payments

Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice for future orders. Placing an order constitutes agreement to pay the listed price, including any optional add-ons such as express delivery.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information about your work history and qualifications. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if we reasonably believe the information provided is fraudulent or misleading.

Intellectual property

Once delivered and paid for, the documents we create for you are yours to use as you see fit. Our resume templates, website content, and branding remain the property of Fairline Resumes and may not be redistributed or resold.

Limitation of liability

While we work to help you present your experience effectively, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as interviews or job offers, as these depend on many factors outside our control. Our liability for any issue with our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
